Daily Mile Dot Com

I would like to share a neat website. It is called It is an online community (kind of like Facebook, but on a much smaller scale) where you can log your daily exercise. It takes just a few moments to set up a user account, and then you can begin posting your running, walking, biking, aerobics classes, strength training, etc. You can even ask other users to be your "friends". Each day that you exercise, you enter in the type of exercise, how far, how long, how you felt, etc. Then DailyMile keeps a record which is displayed as a graph. It also tells you how many calories you burn and various other things too. If you choose to have friends, you can encourage them and comment on their workouts too.
It's a neat way to record your workouts. If you join, ask me to be your friend!
