Keepers and Contenders Awards

Monday night was our Keepers of the Home and Contenders For the Faith Awards Night. The members' families gathered for a delicious meal followed by the presentation of the awards. Each child worked on the requirements to earn an award pin throughout the year.
This year is Olivia's 7th, Julie's 6th, Clay's 4th, and Leah's 1st year to participate. Our Keepers and Contenders meet monthly at night from 6:30-8:30 (or later). The girls and boys meet separately for a Bible lesson and activity, and then they all gather together for refreshments and fellowship. The parents, who must attend the meetings with their child, enjoy these meetings as much as the children.
