Here are today's hints:
1. Decide what homemade/handmade gifts you and your children will be making and make a list of the needed supplies.
2. Shop for the supplies.
3. Plan a day to actually work on these gifts (even if it is a baked good, and cannot be made until later in December). Put the day/days on the calendar! Maybe you need to work on them once or twice a week, or set aside a Saturday for crafting/baking. Plan it.
4. Order Christmas cards if you need to.
5. Buy stamps.
Good idea. While the crafts Hope does as gifts are fairly simple, I tend to wait until a few weeks before Christmas and Hope wants to make everyone a gift in one day. Of course she gets frustrated or tired of it and puts it away. I think we will choose a few crafts and work on them each week.
