Roan, I love all of the healthy veggie meals and all of the beans! What do the notations HH, EHH, and HD stand for? (I am assuming cookbooks, but my mind is drawing a blank and I really want to look some of your recipes up.)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiration!
Maureen
Hi Maureen,
ReplyDeleteYes, the letters are for cookbooks.
HH: The Happy Herbivore
EHH: The Everyday Happy Herbivore
HD: Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease by Dr. Esseltyn.
I hope you have some of these cookbooks! Happy Herbivore has a website with some of the recipes online. Most of the good ones are in her cookbooks.
Enjoy!
