A New Look

I hope you like my new fall look. I really like looking at it! It's a Leelou template, which are always super easy to install. It just takes a little while to rearrange the widgets. Here's a little tip when you are making changes to your blog template or background. Open your blog in one tab before you begin making changes. Then open your blog again in another tab and use this tab to make your changes. Then you can go back and forth between the tabs to see how your blog used to look, and how you had your widgets arranged while you are fixing up your new blog page.

I do have a couple of questions, and I hope that some of you technical people out there can help me.

1. How can I increase the size of the text of my main posts. It is so tiny, I may have to get out my reading glasses! I know that you can go to the advanced tab under the design heading on your blogger dashboard. I have made changes to almost all of those settings--font style, text color for sidebar, text size for sidebar text, text size for header, etc. but there is no tab for post text size! Help! I know that I can go in the HTML coding and change the font size (I have had to do this with a Leelou template before), but I have no idea how to do this. Can you help me?

2. How can I increase the size of the teeny, tiny date text? I do need my reading glasses to see it! There is a post footer text size and font choice tab under the advanced area, but when I make changes to it, I don't see any difference in the outcome. Help!

3. The post footer after each post is just not there. There is no "Posted by Roan at such and such time" or "Labels: homeschool, etc." after each post. How can I get that to appear?

I am looking forward to someone smart out there helping me out! Thanks!

  1. Ok, I got the text bigger in my posting area, the date, and the comment link, but I still don't know how to make the "posted by Roan, etc." to appear.
    Any ideas?

thanks for dropping by, the kids look like they are loving CC & it's a good school year. I've been so off line, as a new homeschooling mom. Just hit or miss. Blessings to you and all the family- Laura
