After a much enjoyed break from school, we are beginning again this morning. I was NOT ready to dive back into school. In fact, I had scheduled us to begin Monday, January 2, but I chose to be spontaneous, and gave us a few more days off! We have had a wonderful break, but it is time to jump back in.
I have not gotten up at 5:00 AM in about a month, but I did this morning. I know I will be needing coffee around 2:00 PM today! I am hoping and praying that our day goes smoothly, and that everyone is eager and cheerful all day! (Me too).

ReplyDeleteWe're trying to EASE back into school. Tuesday we took down all the Christmas decorations and cleaned. Yesterday they did math and it took my 12 yr old ALL day. Today is math plus a little more. Tomorrow we're going to try for all our non-Sonlight subjects. I just can't stand to be off on our days in our IG. Monday we should be going full force. I've been enjoying sleeping in over the holiday. I haven't slept this late in I don't know how long. Even in the summer we have to be up, fed, and at the pool by 7:15. I haven't been leaving my bedroom to make breakfast til 8! Oh well, back to reality.
