This Week's Menu

I have been serving a lot of cereal and smoothies for breakfast lately, and our lunch menu has basically been whatever, so when I made my grocery list for this week, I took the time to plan for breakfast and lunch too. I know my children will be so happy!

Have I mentioned that school is taking me all day this year?

Here's the menu:

Breakfast
  • pig in blankets
  • sausage and cheese muffins, scrambled eggs
  • pancakes (made from scratch)
  • cereal/smoothies
  • eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits (frozen ones)--this breakfast will be served on Jimmy's day off
Lunch
  • pizza packets (pizza sauce, chopped pepperoni, mozzarella cheese rolled up in crescent rolls) (2 different days)
  • sandwiches, chips and salsa
  • leftovers (2 different days)
  • tuna salad sandwiches or grilled cheese sandwiches
Supper
  • grilled chicken, steamed broccoli, baked plain or sweet potatoes
  • cheeseburger crowder with hamburger bun croutons
  • shrimp pizza
  • penne pasta with spinach and bacon, garlic bread
  • Sunday's supper is always cereal or oatmeal
