I usually start around lunchtime, most days and am so happy when I'm coming in the door from some after school activity that dinner is almost ready, just needs to be reheated! Sometimes I get busy with other things, and have to rush to get it together later in the day...it is MUCH harder that way. <br /><br />I need to do some freezing in advance as you mentioned.
