Today is our day to go to the nursing home. We will have to leave by 1:15 to get there a little early. There is no way we will get all of our school done. I just look at it as life lessons.

I have not seen the Horizons Pre-algebra. We have used BJU Pre-algebra with Randy and now with Riley and love it! I even switched Randy from Teaching Textbooks to BJU Algebra I this year. I love the way BJU teaches the higher maths.Salenahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05823099270681838316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036528759304766052.post-14871904387504755672011-02-20T06:09:37.457-06:002011-02-20T06:09:37.457-06:00I would just schedule those things you can fit it ...I would just schedule those things you can fit it on piano days, and give yourself and the kids a break!Samhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12207596671804014300noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036528759304766052.post-83197306243878544992011-02-20T06:03:47.186-06:002011-02-20T06:03:47.186-06:00Thanks for posting this. For each bag of microwave popcorn, I melted 1/2 of a package of Kroger brand "Vanilla Candy Coating". We didn't measure the MnMs and peanuts...just sprinkled them in until it looked like a good ratio. We popped 2 bags of popcorn, so we used 1 full package of the candy coating, and that made about 15 of the little Valentine treat bags. It can be done for most any holiday, since MnMs are available in color combinations for most holidays! Hope you have fun making some with your kids! Let me know if you have any other questions! :)Christi @ Writing the Waveshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00823044979897926569noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036528759304766052.post-68926046032310942632011-02-19T20:15:46.738-06:002011-02-19T20:15:46.738-06:00We have several of the Uncle Eric books and have e...We have several of the Uncle Eric books and have enjoyed them. I understand that he is a Libertarian and that does come out in some of his writing.

I don't schedule everything on Tuesdays when we have to leave the house before 1:00 for piano lessons and errands. It's just too hectic and NO ONE wants to crack a book after we get back home. There really isn't time any way, by the time we get unloaded and things put away it is time to finish up dinner.Anitahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18443223419294735273noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7036528759304766052.post-39671041377729493132011-02-19T19:27:13.752-06:002011-02-19T19:27:13.752-06:00One of my friends has told me that Whatever Happen...One of my friends has told me that Whatever Happened to Penny Candy is a great book.
